Mindd Foundation Postage & Handling Policy:

1-2 books: $10.00
3 books plus, up to 5kg: $15.00

All postage over 5kg will be subject to individual prices and customers will be notified by email or phone of this fee.

All postage within Australia will take between 7-10 working days. Please do not contact Mindd Foundation to check on your order until this period of time has elapsed. All shipping outside of Australia will take up to 3 WEEKS and will be subject to individual prices.

Refund Policy

For cancellations, please send written notice to info@mindd.org or the above PO Box (no fax). For event and conference notices received one week prior to event, your registration fee will be refunded less 25% cancellation charge. No credits will be given for late notice or “no shows”.
