Mindd Foundation is creating this book to raise awareness on how essential the food we eat is to our overall health and wellness. For nearly 10 years Mindd Foundation has been running Food Is Medicine seminars teaching families how food truly prevents and treats disease by supporting the health of each and every cell in our body.
This is our chance to share our own real food recipes and stories with thousands of families in need while supporting Mindd Foundation to continue their work in fast-tracking effective healthcare to children struggling with Autism, ADHD, allergies, anxiety, asthma, eczema, eating and sleep disorders, learning delay and a range of immune and digestive disorders that often impact on brain and mental health.
