Five Steps in Treating ADHD
Dr Leila Masson will review key principals in the Biomedical approach to treating ADHD .
ADHD is one of the most common reasons for consultations with allied health practitioners. About 8% of Australian children are diagnosed with ADHD. Many parents wish to explore natural and supportive therapies before or instead of medication and will book an appointment with you to find out what they can do to improve their child’s focus, attention, learning and behaviour. Dr Masson will review the scientific literature on the most beneficial non-medication interventions. These cover optimal nutrition, lifestyle and supplements – which are safe, overall health promoting and easy to implement.
