Chocolate Seed Balls

Serves: 10 – 12
Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups raw walnuts (halves and pieces)

½ cup raw cacao powder

¼ cup whole linseeds

¼ cup sesame seeds

8 medjool dates (pitted and coarsely chopped)*

¼ tsp vanilla

2 tbsp filtered water

Pinch of salt

Desiccated coconut for rolling

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients, except coconut, in a food processor and process until it resembles a dough-like consistency.

2. Roll into medium-sized balls between your palms and coat with coconut. Enjoy immediately, refrigerate or freeze!

Note: *Keto only if you limit intake to 1-2 dates
