Ingredients:
- 2 onions
- poultry giblets
- homemade mayonnaise
Method:
While poultry is in oven, boil an onion together with poultry giblets.
When the meat is done, pour the drippings into a container and skim off fat.
Place cooked onion and skimmed drippings (at least 1 cup) into blender and puree.
Tips:
You can also add 2 tablespoons of homemade mayonnaise for each cup of liquid. Heat gently for about a minute, stirring constantly.
