Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1 – 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- honey to taste
- bay leaf
- salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Mix all ingredients together except the honey.
Simmer uncovered until thick, stirring often.
When close to desired thickness, add honey to taste and complete cooking.
Ladle into sterilised jars and seal immediately or place on small containers and freeze.
