Ingredients:
- 2 cups bolognaise sauce
- 2 cups pumpkin soup
- ½ cup cheese (if tolerated)
- zucchini or eggplant
Method:
- Finely sliced zucchini and eggplant strips to be used in place of pasta sheets.
- Construct by layering sauces between vegetable strips.
- Bake 180°C for 20 minutes or till done.
