Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 cups apples, cut in chunks (peeled or unpeeled)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, unsweetened)
- ¼ cup raisins
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- ½ cup thinly sliced green pepper (optional)
- 1 cup thinly sliced raw carrots (optional)
- ½ cup walnut pieces
Method:
- Combine all ingredients.
- Blend with 1 cup of yogurt dressing or mayonnaise.
- Serve on lettuce leaves.
