Learn what to consider when recommending the GAPS, SCD and Paleo Diets. Julie Matthews will teach you about a bioindividual approach that considers the unique symptoms, health history, and presenting circumstance of your client or patient; while still adapting for individual food allergies/sensitivities such as gluten, dairy, salicylates, amines, glutamates, oxalates, and FODMAPS.
