Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 – 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 organic egg
- 1/2 cup organic butter (partially melted or completely works just as well)
Method:
Mix salt and flour.
Add egg and butter to flour mixture and knead, until it nice and stiff.
Knead the whole mixture in a bowl with a spatula.
Make two tablespoons, sized rounds and put on parchment paper covered baking sheet.
Bake at 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
Tips:
You can smothers them with strawberry jam or honey.
