Paleo Turmeric Chicken Soup

Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 40 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 ½ hours

Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed

  • 1 quart bone broth

  • 2 quarts water

  • 3 celery stalks, chopped

  • 3 large carrot sticks, chopped

  • 1 zucchini, spiraled

  • 1 large rosemary sprig

  • 2 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp ground pepper

  • 1-2 tsp turmeric

Method:

  1. In a large pot, add all ingredients and stir.

  2. Let simmer for 1 ½ hours or until carrots and celery are soft.
